Loved the location, walking distance to everything! The beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the sitting area inside and outside with the fires. The kids loved the pool also!

The room was spacious and very clean. The location was great. I also loved the hot tub, great idea to put it outside and away from the pool to separate the two areas.

Spacious and comfortable 2 queen w/junior suite , loved the balcony. free parking, Nice to be so close to Smokey Mt. National Park. Also the outdoor hot tub was a very pleasant and relaxing water temperature. Majority of staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Clean and modern; enough amenities to meet needs. Staff was friendly and pleasant at all times. Beds and pillows nice. HVAC worked perfectly. In room fridge was great. Keurig in room was a nice feature.

The location was was perfect! It had a nice creek across the street and somewhat scenic. It was located a short walk to lots of restaurants and shopping.
